Enhancements

Timesheet Process Modifications

The Timesheet Process includes addition/ modification in the Professional App, and Client/ Professional Portal. The New Timesheet process is designed for easy tracking of timesheet submission and approval process for the Professionals/ Clients/ Members .

Modifications in Professional App

Digital Timesheet

When supervisor Approve or Lodge Query in Digital Timesheet, below the Supervisor Signature box following details are shown:

  1. Supervisor Name, Date Time (date and time when the Supervisor actioned on the timesheet), and Supervisor Email ID.

  2. Location – The Location of the Supervisor is required for the approval of timesheet.

  3. In the Shift/ Job Details, a new row is added as ‘By Client’ with all the approved details. This row is added only in case of approved timesheet by supervisor.

Manual Timesheet

In the Professional App, in addition to the Supervisor Signature details, the only change is that the member’s signature box will show ‘Snapped’ text.

Modifications in Client Portal

Digital Timesheet

When supervisor Approve or Lodge Query in Digital Timesheet, below the Supervisor Signature box following details are shown:

  1. Supervisor Name, Supervisor Email ID, and Date Time (date and time when the Supervisor actioned on the timesheet)

  2. IP Address – The IP address of the Supervisor is required for the approval of timesheet.

  3. In the Shift/ Job Details, a new row is added as ‘By Client’ with all the approved details. This row is added only in case of approved timesheet by supervisor.

Modifications in Professional Portal

In the Professional Portal, similar modifications are incorporated as in Client Portal and instead of the Client’s Name, Professional’s Name appears.

Now, the timesheet format will be common across all the Entire OnHire portals/ apps.


Bug Fixes

We are constantly working to improve our Entire OnHire Application and have fixed all these bugs for you.

Members App is showing postal address instead of contact address

Issue Amended. In the Member App, the Contact Address as provided in the Staff Portal is shown in the Client Details of the Member App.

Current Booking Report Issue

Issue Amended. In the Reports Current Booking Report, now the Created By column will retain the name who initially created the booking report.

System does not include zero for the postcodes that start with zero

Issue Amended. Now, the postcodes for the Suburbs shows the initial zero (as defined in the Suburb Masters) in the following pages:

  • Client Details

  • Allocation: Search Available Members - Standard

In the Client Details, the Delivery Location that does not have associated Location Function shows error message

Issue Amended. In Client Details page, the Delivery Location that does not have associated Location Function (as defined in the Client Tree Structure) will not throw the validation error now and the Client Details will be saved successfully .

Issue with Employee ID in the Employee Status page

Issue Amended. In the Member DetailsEmployment Status page, the Employee ID is now a mandatory field.

Professional Contact Log - Edit Contact Log pop-up not showing the Reason of Contact

Issue Amended. In Profiles → Professionals → Search Professionals, the Edit Contact Log pop-up windows will now show the Reason of Contact details in the Reason of Contact drop-down field.

When adding new BSB No., State Name is not appearing in the drop-down

Issue Amended. In the Applicant Portal → Finance → Banking Details, in case User select the option ‘If your Bank BSB is not listed above then please check the box to enter your Bank Details’ checkbox, now on providing the BSB No., the Bank Name, Bank State and Bank Branch details are available in the drop-down list.

In the Member App, the member is able to view/ book the released shift, if they are already booked for the same date and time

Issue Amended. If the member is booked for a particular Shift:

  • In Member App, the member will not be able to view and book another shift with same date and time.

  • In the Staff Portal, member will not be visible/ available for the shift.
