Enhancements
Timesheet Process Modifications
The Timesheet Process includes addition/ modification in the Professional App, and Client/ Professional Portal. The New Timesheet process is designed for easy tracking of timesheet submission and approval process for the Professionals/ Clients/ Members .
Modifications in Professional App
Digital Timesheet
When supervisor Approve or Lodge Query in Digital Timesheet, below the Supervisor Signature box following details are shown:
Supervisor Name, Date Time (date and time when the Supervisor actioned on the timesheet), and Supervisor Email ID.
Location – The Location of the Supervisor is required for the approval of timesheet.
In the Shift/ Job Details, a new row is added as ‘By Client’ with all the approved details. This row is added only in case of approved timesheet by supervisor.

Manual Timesheet
In the Professional App, in addition to the Supervisor Signature details, the only change is that the member’s signature box will show ‘Snapped’ text.

Modifications in Client Portal
Digital Timesheet

IP Address – The IP address of the Supervisor is required for the approval of timesheet.

Modifications in Professional Portal
In the Professional Portal, similar modifications are incorporated as in Client Portal and instead of the Client’s Name, Professional’s Name appears.
Now, the timesheet format will be common across all the Entire OnHire portals/ apps.
Bug Fixes
We are constantly working to improve our Entire OnHire Application and have fixed all these bugs for you.

In the Client Details, the Delivery Location that does not have associated Location Function shows error message | Issue Amended. In Client Details page, the Delivery Location that does not have associated Location Function (as defined in the Client Tree Structure) will not throw the validation error now and the Client Details will be saved successfully . | Resolved |
Issue with Employee ID in the Employee Status page | Issue Amended. In the Member Details → Employment Status page, the Employee ID is now a mandatory field. | Resolved |
Professional Contact Log - Edit Contact Log pop-up not showing the Reason of Contact | Issue Amended. In Profiles → Professionals → Search Professionals, the Edit Contact Log pop-up windows will now show the Reason of Contact details in the Reason of Contact drop-down field. | Resolved |
When adding new BSB No., State Name is not appearing in the drop-down | Issue Amended.
