How to Access Finance AWS - MAC

In order to access the Entire OnHire Finance application, you would need some other softwares.

Below are the Softwares which Clients need to install before Accessing Entire OnHire Finance Application.

How to Connect VPN?

To access the Entire OnHire Finance application. Follow the steps explained below to connect your VPN:

Download OpenVPN Connect using this link – https://openvpn.net/client-connect-vpn-for-mac-os/ .

Install the downloaded OpenVPN Connect file on your system.

The VPN file is the user specific file, and each MAC user will receive the .ovpn file through email from the support@entiresoftware.com with the Subject mail as “Finance Login Process for MAC Users”.

Note that the name of the VPN file is same as MAC user name with extension (.ovpn). For example, user name as “Name” will receive the file named as ‘Name.ovpn’.

Once you download your .ovpn file, by default check the downloaded VPN file in your Downloads folder.

Now, open the OpenVPN Connect app.
In the OpenVPN Connect, click File à Browse to upload the VPN file received from the Entire OnHire Team.

Select your .ovpn file and click Open.

Click Connect.

Finally, you will be connected with your VPN as shown in the figure below.

How to Connect to Entire OnHire Finance Application through Remote Desktop?

Once you are successfully connected to your VPN, now connect your Remote Desktop. Follow the step explained below:

Open Microsoft Remote Desktop and click PCs tab.
Click Add PC as shown in the figure below.

Provide the IP address provided by the Entire OnHire Team in PC Name.
Feel Free to Update the Friendly Name to - Entire OnHire Finance Portal” to easier recognise it

Now, choose the folders that you want to access in the remote session. Click Folders and check Redirect Folders.
Click the + icon to add the folder where you want to save the files.

Select the Folder here and click Open. Here the ‘Desktop’ folder is getting mapped to allow you to save the files.

Follow the Step 5 and 6 and you can map multiple paths as per your requirement.
Click Add and the PC is added with the provided IP address name.

Click this PC and the Enter Your User Account pop-up appears. Provide the same finance credentials provided by the Entire OnHire Team.
Click Continue.

You may receive the confirmation message as shown in the figure below. Click Continue.

Voila! You are now connected to the Remote Desktop. Now, you can access the Entire OnHire Finance application from this system.

How to Access Entire OnHire Finance Application once you are logged in to Remote Desktop?

To access the Finance Application in your Remote Desktop:

Click the Entire OnHire Finance Application icon as shown in the figure below.

Provide your login credential to login to the finance application.

You can save the files on your set folder paths now (as explained above).
To save any file follow the steps explained below:

Note that this is the sample process to explain how to save the files on the set paths.

Click Reports à Invoice à Export Invoices Summary - Accounting

Provide necessary details in the Export Invoices Summary – Accounting and click Report.

Select the mapped folder. Here Document folder is mapped to save the file.
Provide the filename and click Save. The file is saved successfully now on your mapped folder.
You can similarly save your files on the set folder paths.
