Client Compliance FAQ

If I’ve worked at the site before will I be expected to complete the compliances (i.e. orientation checklist) for that client if they don’t apply to me?

Yes. Following the upgrade, all members will be expected to complete the compliances the first time they accept any shift that has client compliances.

If I don’t meet the client compliances, does this mean I won’t be able to view or accept shifts?

There will be no changes to your ability to view released shifts or shifts that have been assigned or broadcast to you. It will only impact your ability to accept these shifts via the member app

What if I really want to work a particular shift but don’t meet the client compliance requirements?

Please call the agency to discuss your options.

Will these client compliances impact shifts I have already been booked for?

No.

How do I know what documents I have already provided to the agency?

You may either check your app (see below) or call the agency to request that information. •

How do I know what documentation I need to supply?

This can be provided by your agency upon request

I often work at the same client group but at different sites/locations, will I be expected to complete it for each site?

Yes, as each site requires their own copy of the policies and procedures on file.
