This report provides information about all those professionals who are currently logged into the member app via their mobile devices. It also provides details such as the app version, the Operating System, the Operating System version, Login Time, the mobile model, etc. | N/A |
Click on Reports.
Select View App Logged In Professional Details.
The resulting report would like the below.
Please note:
You can SMS and send Emails to members as well via this screen.
All you need to do is select the checkbox next to the member’s name you want to contact (you can also select all the members at once by selecting the checkbox next to the User ID.
After having selected the checkbox(es) either click on Send SMS or on Send Email.
