How To Check SMS Credits

To Access SMS Credits:

Step -1 Click the Allocations Quick Links.

Step -2 Click the icon as shown in the below image.

Open

Step - 3 In the Member Shift Log pop-up window, you can view the remaining SMS Credits.

Note:- Sometimes due to the load shedding on the server, the server may take a bit long in fetching the SMS balance. Please keep refreshing the window using the refresh button.
