How to Delete a Credit/Debit Note.

Unfortunately, there is no way within the system to delete a Credit or Debit note.

If you have created a Credit/Debit Note in error you will need to:

Create a corresponding Credit or Debit note (if you created a Credit Note in error, you will need to now create a Debit Note) to counteract the Note in error.

For future references, we believe that it can be more beneficial to use our Adjustment and Reversal shifts instead of Credit and Debit Notes.
