How to add an Addition or Deduction to a Members Profile
To add an addition or deduction to a member please go to their member card - Additions and Deductions
You will be required to follow in the mandatory fields
TITLE | DESCRIPTION |

CODE | What type of addition/deduction is it? |
$ + % | Dollar Value or Percentage Value |
VALUE | Dollar Value (999.99 max) or Percentage Value (100% max) |
APPLY DATE | This is the date you want it to apply - whatever date you choose it will do the corresponding payweek Or use week ending dates |
ONCE OFF | Is this a once off? |
NO OF OCCURRENCES | If continuing how many pays would this affect |
TAX EXEMPTED | If Ticked - it will not be taxed |
SUPER EXEMPTED | If Ticked - it will not have super applied |
DOCKET | Did you want it to apply to a specific docket |
END DATE | If a period date a - date b, when does this end |
THESHOLD TYPE |

AMT THRESHOLD (NET) | Annual Gross Income Threshold - They must earn above this amount for the deduction/addition to be paid Payrun Gross Income Threshold - They must earn above this amount for the deduction/addition to be paid Deduct till Balande Debt Amount - Put total amount owed so it will not exceed this amount |
