Supercharger - Resume Parsing

Video Overview:https://vimeo.com/682666317/36e294e693

Resume Parsing works to automate the analysis and storage of applicant/member resume data. It does this by extracting the data within a resume and inputting this into relevant fields in the database to allow you to search on keywords/phrases for Applicant and Member profiles.

To Parse a Resume/CV please follow the below steps:

Once you have an Applicant/Member whose resume you wish to parse, you select their profile from the talent search.

A sidebar will appear on the right of the screen, select Parse CV

A pop-up will appear, select GO to Parse resume.

Once Parsed you can select the Applicant/Members name to view their profile information including CV Parsed results.

This data can then be searched within your Talent search using keywords.
To minimize unnecessary searches on your database, you must first carry out a global search if you want to search your whole database. Or alternatively, you can use any of the fields to minimize your data set as per your requirements.

Once you have carried out a search, you are then able to use the Parsed CVs keyword search shown below.

There are 5 fields that you can use to search against resumes.
