This is where the user can find a list of all confirmed future interviews as per company office locations. Recruiters have the ability to send the Applicants an email confirming their interview date/time and providing login details to access the Applicant portal. Interviews can be filtered, edited and rescheduled from this section, any interviews that were not completed will automatically move into the rescheduled section after their date has passed.

 This is sorted by Reporting Office.  You can Either Click “INTERVEIW” to bring up all applications or select the specific office to only see the applicants within that area.

You are able to Filter by applicant name or mobile  AND/OR Their application status

  • CALLBACK

  • DECLINED

  • DEFERRED

  • INTERVIEW

Within this screen, you see the following Columns.

  • R - If you select this it will download the resume.

  • NAME - Of applicant - If you select this - it will take you to their profile

  • GENDER - Male, Female, Other

  • QUALIFICATION- The qualification the applicant applied for

  • MOBILE

  • RECRUITER NAME

  • DATE OF APPLY

  • INDUSTRY - The industry the applicant applied for

  • OFFICE

  • APPLICANT NOTES

  • SCREENNG NOTES

  • APPLICANT STATUS - If you click this, it will take you to their personnel card

How to Edit an Appointment

  1. Select the time of the current interview

  2. Select on the appointment and fill in all details of the new interview date and time - Save

Next Step for Applicant

Complete the interview and then either move through the process or decline the applicant
