You will receive the following emails from Shift Match directly in your inbox
Email stating there are shifts available - Shift Available
Action Required: Enter shifts from the Cascom bridge
Email when your member accepted a shift and it has been booked in and Approved by Client - Subject - Agency Report or Shortfall amended
The shift would already be booked so this is a confirmation
Email if there are time changes or cancellations (Amendment) - Subject - Agency Report or Shortfall amended
To update shift within the Entire Onhire Allocations Portal with Changes
If the member has pulled out of a shift you will need to call your facility and they will remove the member for you - Then you would receive a cancellation email
