For best practice it is highly recommended that each user has their own login credentials to access EntireHREntire OnHire. The main benefit of creating user credentials for each internal user is that this allows you to control what authority level and access they have within the system. Another benefit is that is also provides history of each users actions for compliance and reporting purposes.
