Introduction
Leave management helps in creating and managing different types of leaves according to the requirement of the organisation. It helps staff in managing the leaves of the members. Interestingly, the leave balance report will be visible in the payslip also.

How to create new leave types?
You can create a new type of leaves according to the policy of the organisation in the following wayways-
1. Go to Masters.
2. Click on Leave management (as shown below).

How to assign new leaves to a member?
You can create a new type of leaves according to the policy of the organisation in the following way-
1. Go to the Personnel Card of an active member.

Select the type of leave
Select the Leave calculation method
Automatic recorded rate
Manually recorded rate
Leave accrued details will appear auto-filled based on the type of leave selected
Fill in the opening balance of the leaves
Current The current balance will appear auto-calculated
Click on Submit.

5. You can assign different types of leaves. All the assigned leaves will appear on the dashboard.

How to record leave requests of a member?
You can record the leave requests of a member in the following way-
1. Go to the Personnel Card of the concerned member. Click on Leave management (as shown below) to open the Leave Dashboard of the respective member.
