To access the Entire Recruit OnHire Finance application, you should be connected to the VPN. Follow the steps explained below to connect your VPN:

Install the downloaded OpenVPN Connect file on your system.

The VPN file is the user - specific file, and each Windows MAC user will receive the .ovpn file through email from the Shiv Sharan Preet Singh support@entiresoftware.com> with the Subject mail as “Finance Portal Users and Login Process”.

Note that the name of the VPN file is same as MAC user name with extension (.ovpn). For example, user name as “Name” will receive the file named as ‘Name.ovpn’.
Once you download your .ovpn file, by default check the downloaded VPN file in your Downloads folder. Step 3.
Now, open the OpenVPN Connect app.

Once you are successfully connected to your VPN, now connect your Remote Desktop. Follow the step explained below:
Open Microsoft Remote Desktop and click PCs tab.
Click Add PC as shown in the figure below

Step 2: Click on Show option to configure and map Local Resource drives with Entire Recruit finance Server.

Step 3: Click on Local Resources tab and click More (as shown in the below figure).

Step 4: Click “+” sign beside Drive option.

Step 5: Select the drive in which you want to save the finance files. For example, you can select H Drive to save your files. Click OK.

Step 6: Click Connect.

Step 7: Click Connect.

Step 8: Enter the RDP login and password which were shared by Shiv Sharan Preet Singh (shiv.sharan@entiresoftware.com) and click OK.

Step 9: Click Yes.

Provide the IP address provided by the Entire OnHire Team in PC Name.
Feel Free to Update the Friendly Name to - Entire Finance Portal” to easier recognise it
Now, choose the folders that you want to access in the remote session. Click Folders and check Redirect Folders.
Click the + icon to add the folder where you want to save the files.
Select the Folder here and click Open. Here the ‘Desktop’ folder is getting mapped to allow you to save the files.
Follow the Step 5 and 6 and you can map multiple paths as per your requirement.
Click Add and the PC is added with the provided IP address name.
Click this PC and the Enter Your User Account pop-up appears. Provide the same finance credentials provided by the Entire OnHire Team.
Click Continue.
You may receive the confirmation message as shown in the figure below. Click Continue.
Voila! You are now connected to the Remote Desktop. Now, you can access the Entire
