Regardless of your compliance, you will still view all shifts the same as before. It will NOT impact your ability to view assigned or released available shifts, only your ability to accept these via the app.

details of all information required to be actioned, otherwise known as a ‘rule’.

Colour Coding of Client Compliances

Orange – No Member Action Required

The system has identified you do not have the required document on file. Instructions of how to provide this information to will be available to read by selecting this compliance.

Red – Member Action Required

There are two types of member acknowledgement/action required to meet client compliances.

Read & Send Information

1 unless you have multiple qualifications on file

Read & Sign

Blue - No Member Action Required

Information Only. Relevant to site or shift requirements.
