Introduction
The EntireHR Entire OnHire application serves a wide range of audiences and their set of requirements. To enhance the experience and customize the application as per the user's needs, we have added the Look and Feel feature in to the application.
The Look and Feel feature helps to customize the appearance of your EntireHR Entire OnHire application. You can modify the landing page, the behavior of elements in an application page to the colors used in the header row, navigation bars, and quick links 🤗 👏.
Login Page
The Login page of the EntireHR Entire OnHire application can now be customized based on the industry.

How to Access Look and Feel
You can customize your EntireHR Entire OnHire application by using the Look and Feel from Application Settings. The Look and Feel settings can customize the EntireHR Application Entire OnHire application for the Application Title, Application Introduction, Application Logo, Application ThemesTheme, and Application Keywords.
To access the Look and Feel settings, click the Application Settings from the user login as shown in the figure below. The Application Settings page opens, click Look and Feel to customize the existing settings as per your requirement.

How to Manage Look and Feel
To set the new Look and Feel Settings for your EntireHR Entire OnHire application follow the steps explained below.
The Look and Feel settings for the EntireHR Entire OnHire application can be customized by the Internal Staff, who is authorized to modify the settings.
Set Application Title and Application Introduction
To set the Application Title and Application Introduction:

In case the new settings are not reflected in the application, log out and re-login to the EntireHR Entire OnHire application again.
Set Application Logo and Favicon
To set the Application Logo and Application Favicon:
Upload a Logo
Upload a Logo file by clicking the Select Files. The logo size should approximately be around 200px width by 60px height.
Click Upload Logo and the logo is updated successfully.
Upload a Favicon
Upload a Favicon file by clicking the Select Files. The Favicon size should approximately be 32px width by 32px height.
Click Upload Favicon and the Favicon is updated successfully.

You can also upload the Application Logo and Favicon from a URL. For URLURLs, .png, .jpg, and .jpeg formats are allowed, and the URL should not be secure (i.e., /httpsHTTPS) with max. size of 5 MB. |
When the Logo and Favicon are uploaded, an updated successfully message appears at the bottom of the page. To reflect the new Logo and Favicon into the EntireHR Entire OnHire application, you need to log out and then re-login. Now, the application will show the new Logo and Favicon.

Set Application Themes and Keywords
To set the Application Themes and Keywords:
Application Themes
Select the available Color Scheme from the drop-down.
Click Save and the setting updated message appears at the bottom of the page.
Now, click Refresh to reflect the selected Color Schema.
This selected color scheme will be reflected on the Header Row, Navigation Bar, and Quick Links (Balls).

Application Keywords
In the Application Keywords, you can use your preferred keywords for Member, Clients, Recruitment, and the page listed keywords for Employment Details, and Application Portal.

Similarly, you can use your preferred application keywords for “Member”, “Clients”, “Recruitment”, and page listed keywords for “Employment Details”, and “Applicant Portal” based on your industry. The new keyword provided will be reflected in the EntireHR Entire OnHire application.
