Providing Client Compliances
Important Things to Note:
Visibility of Available Shifts
Regardless of your compliance, you will still view all shifts the same as before. It will NOT impact your ability to view assigned or released available shifts, only your ability to accept these via the app.
One & Done
Once you acknowledge the compliances for a client, you will not need to acknowledge them again1.
Simple
It has been designed to be as clear and simple as possible. Each compliance will include
details of all information required to be actioned, otherwise known as a ‘rule’.

Orange – No Member Action Required
The system has identified you do not have the required document on file. Instructions of how to provide this information to will be available to read by selecting this compliance.
Red – Member Action Required
There are two types of member acknowledgement/action required to meet client compliances.
Read & Send Information
1 unless you have multiple qualifications on file
Read & Sign
Blue - No Member Action Required
Information Only. Relevant to site or shift requirements.

If you do not currently have an Employee Working with Children Check - you will not be eligible to attend this shift with the agency. Please send a copy to compliances@entiresoftware.com to be eligible.
Member Acknowledgement - Type 1: Document Check
If the agency do not have the specified document on file this will show as orange
All Rule Acceptance Status: Pending

You will have to exit the app and call the agency to discuss your outstanding compliances & if it’s possible for you to accept the shift
