Why do I have a 'Not Enough Memory' error?

If you ever receive an error on your computer of ‘Not Enough Memory’ please follow the steps below.

Please search on your computer for your ‘Task Manager’.

2. Please select the ‘More Details’ to expand the page.

3. Once this has loaded, please click the ‘Performance’ tab.

4. Then select the ‘Memory’ tab along the right hand side.

5. Please review the below highlighted numbers -

If the Memory percentage (%) is low that is good, but if it is high - 50%> that mean that your memory needs to be reviewed.
Please check your ‘Available’ space as well - There needs to be above 4GB available.

6. After review of the above numbers please consult your IT team as this is an internal IT issue regarding your internal computer memory space and will not be able to be rectified by the Entire OnHire Software System.
