Can I use Entire Staff Portal and Apps outside Australia?

Yes! You are able to use all of the Entire apps (staff, member, professional) and the online portals when travelling outside of Australia.

When using the online portals, you still must make sure that you have adequate internet connection and you will be able to log in and use as normal.

When using the phone apps, you must make sure that you are not changing the region on your phone from Australia and make sure you have adequate internet or 4/5G access and you will be able to still access and use the app as you like.
