Why is my Allocations screen running so slow?

When you are filtering date ranges in your Allocations screen, you have the option between all of the below filtering options -

You have the ability to filter all data that has been through your Allocations screen as far back as you have been using the system, but this can sometimes cause some lagging or slowness in your system if too much data is being pulled at once.

This is why there is a new safeguard which will only allow you to pull 6 months of Allocations data at one time.

You can still filter the same way but you will have to keep in mind when you are pulling the below -

This year
- This will only pull 6 months of this years data.
Custom
- If you are trying to pull more than the 6 months, for example, 01/01/2021 to Current, the Allocations screen will only show shifts for the first 6 months of the date range that you entered (01/01/2021 - 01/06/2021).

As stated above, this has been introduced to reduce the amount of lag or slowness in your overall system for you and your team in case multiple users are trying to pull large amounts of data at once!
