Do I have to unlink Professionals before making Inactive?

No, you can leave the Professional linked to a location and still make them Inactive.

By keeping them linked and not deleting them from the location, it means that the system is able to keep all prior information that may pertain to that Professional.

Once the Professional is made Inactive then they will no longer:

• Have access to their Professional Portal and App

• Appear in the Professional drop down

• Appear in the Allocations screen anywhere for new shifts

  • Their name may still appear in old shifts that were entered into the system before the date that they were made inactive
