Introduction

Broadbean operates in the same manner as SEEK. It allows posting jobs on multiple job boards at once from the Entire Recruit Application.

How to Access Broadbean?

To access the Broadbean Job Board:

  1. Click the Masters → Main Masters option as shown in the figure below.

2. Click the Job Boards.

3. Under the Job Boards section, the Broadbean option is available. You can edit the information or view the number of users having Broadbean access.

Edit Broadbean Job Board Details

To edit Broadbean job details, click the Edit icon as shown in the figure above.

Below parameters can be edited for the Broadbean job board:

Field Name

Description

Job Board Name

Name of the job board.

Job Board Description

Describe the job requirements in this section.

API Key & API Secret Key

These are provided by the client to the EntireHR. If the client does not have this information they can connect with Broadbean to get these details.

Entire API

This API is provided by the EntireHR to the client.

Status

Select Status as Active/ Inactive for the Job.

View Authorized Broadbean Users

To view authorized Broadbean users, click the Expand/ Collapse icon as shown in the figure.

The Internal Staff, Job Board User Name, Job Board User Id and Status field details are shown in the figure below for authorized users of Broadbean.

Add a New Authorized Broadbean User

To add a new authorized Broadbean user:

  • Click Add New Authorized User.

Field Name

Description

Internal Staff

Name of the Internal Staff.

You can select the existing Internal Staff by name from the the drop-down dialog box.

Job Board User Name

Provide a User Name for the internal staff.

Job Board User ID

Provide the email ID of the user.

Job Board User Password

Set the password for new authorized user

Status

Set status to Active/ Inactive.

How to Create Jobs with Broadbean?

  • Click the Placements → Create Job Ad - Broadbean.

  • Confirm Job Specification

    • Provide all the required job entry details on the Create Job Entry page (as shown in the below figure).

    • Now, click Confirm Job Specifications and the new job will be created in the Entire Recruit.

Note that here the new job will be created in the Entire Recruit application and will not be posted on Broadbean.

  • Confirm and Release to Broadbean

    • Click Confirm and Release to Broadbean and a pop-up window appears to select the option from Casual Job EntireHR Application Page or Permanent Placement EntireHR Application Page.

Casual Application page is there for Temporary recruitment, but the Permanent Application page is developed for permanent employment.

  • Select any one of the options and the new job will be created and released on the Broadbean portal.

  • After clicking Confirm and Release to Broadbean, select the Broadbean job (as shown in the below figure) board from the different job boards and your job will start reflecting on the Broadbean portal. You can check the job on Broadbean by logging in with the configured advertiser ID.

The purpose of Advertiser ID is to publish jobs on the Broadbean portal and only through configured Broadbean advertiser ID, the job on Broadbean will be generated.

Also, it is client-based i.e., Broadbean will generate an advertiser ID for a client which they can input in their system and publish jobs.
