Your Qualification and Expertise structure is one of the most important parts of your EntireHR system. Together they are the key criteria used for recruitment, bookings, allocations, payroll and invoicing.
From a recruitment perspective, it is important that your casual application page clearly shows each job role or skillset that you are currently hiring.
On your casual application page, the description of qualifications will appear in the drop-down box for applicants to select.
It is important to review that all qualifications descriptions are clear to ensure applicants can identify which option to select.
To access and review your Qualification descriptions please follow the below steps.
Access Masters > Member Master > Qualification/Classifications.
2. Ensure all Qualifications are set to "YES" under Show / Must for Applicants. If set to Yes they will appear on the casual application page
3. For all Qualifications set to show on the application page ensure the descriptions are clear.
4. If any need to be edited select the pencil next to the applicable qualifications to open the editor.
5. To edit the description update the below field and click on the green tick to save.
