Single Day ( 24 Hrs ) Overtime is applicable

EntireHR Entire OnHire will interpret this condition and will apply overtime if the shift goes beyond 8 hours in duration. The rates of overtime will be O1 for the first 2 hours beyond 8 hours and then O2 for any subsequent hours.
