To Cancel a Shift please follow the current steps

  1. Select the shift/shifts you require to Cancel

  2. Select on either the Dropdown box - Client Cancelled - Update status or Select Icon “Cancel”

  3. Fill in the details

  4. Press yes

  5. Then send an SMS to your member to confirm the cancellation
