Infection Control Scenarios

Infection Control Scenarios

The Infection Control Scenarios explained below are applicable to the following Shift Types:

  • Assign Shift

  • Release Shift

  • Client Confirm Shift

  • Release Broadcast Shift

1. In-App Dynamic Messages Pop-up

If a client service or delivery location has an active infection, in that case, the app shows a dynamic alert in the app when a member tries to Accept the shift in the My Shift details tab.

When you click Accept button and the single or multiple infection(s) is already applied to it, then the pop-up will show the infection details showcasing every infection existing at that particular location (see the below image).

  • In case of a single Infection on the client - "This location has a reported 'Covid 19' infection outbreak. Do you still want to proceed with it?"

  • In case of multiple Infections on the client - "This location has a reported Covid 19, Flu, Influenza, Omicron infection outbreak. Do you still want to proceed with it? "

  • Click Yes to accept the shift. Click No and the pop up will dismiss and the user will stay on my shift screen.

2. Booked for a Non-Infected Shift Pop-up

When a member has been booked for a non-infected shift in future, and he tries to accept any infected shift before 48 hours of that non-infected shift. The app will notify him with a pop-up message.

3. Booked for an Infected Shift Pop-up

When a member has been booked for an infected shift, and he tries to accept any non-infected shift within 48 hours of that infected shift. The app will notify him with a pop-up message.

4. Service Location/Delivery Location Marked in Red colour

When infection is applicable at a delivery location, the delivery location will be reflected in Red colour. In the same manner, if the infection is applicable at the client service location, then the service location comes Red in colour.

Tap on Delivery Location/Service Location to get the description (what infection is added in it?) about it.
