How to enter in a new infection

To enter a new Infection please follow the below steps:

Select 'Infections' found in the footer of any page.

All current infections in the system will appear

2. Select 'Add new infection' at a service location.

3. Select the Service Location and Infection In the Add & Edit Infections screen

4. Select the 'Add New Infections' button, once this information has been entered.

Please note: Entering an infection at a delivery location is optional. If you do enter an infection against a delivery location the infection will show only for the delivery location and not for the service location.

Once you have clicked on Add New Infections, the Infections Control Screen will show the new entry and you can close the screen.

Please note: the infection will only be reflected in shifts entered from the time the infection was added. Any future shifts that were already in existence will not automatically update to reflect the infection.

The future shifts will need to be cancelled and entered again so they reflect the infection that is now in place.
