In order to create an appointment please access the appointment scheduling screen. 

Right click your mouse on a date/time or double click a date/time. 

 

 In the new appointment, screen select the Member option and choose a member from the drop-down list. 

 

 Carry out the following: 

  • Choose a recruiter to assign the appointment too. 

  • Review the appointment details and location. 

The message area is for internal notes and the button to send the login credentials will automatically choose the member active email.
