Reasons are very important as it helps automate tasks, emails and actions taken by users, members, clients etc

Reasons are accessed from - Masters - Main Masters - Reasons (Personnel)

Reasons are broken down into

  1. Client

    1. Groups include reasons for

      1. Client Requests and Restrictions

      2. Deactivate (Admin/Service/Delivery)

      3. Suspended (Admin/Service/Delivery)

      4. Terminate (Admin/Service/Delivery)

        Which flows through to this


  2. Member

    1. Groups include reasons for

      1. MBR INACTIVE

      2. MBR COMPENSATE

      3. MBR RESIGNED

      4. MBR RESTRICTION AND REQUEST

      5. MBR SUSPENDED

      6. MBR TERMINATED


  3. Allocation

    1. The Subgroup needs to be one of the following options depending on where you want it to appear.

      1. MBR COMPENSATE 

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process a Member Compensate in allocations.

      2. MBR DECLINED

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process a Member Decline in allocations.

      3. MBR REMOVED

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process a Member Removed in allocations.

      4. SHIFT CANCEL

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process a Shift Cancelled in allocations.

      5. SHIFT EDITED

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process an edit against a shift in allocations

      6. SHIFT RETRACT

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process a Member Pulled Out in allocations

      7. SHIFT UNFILLED

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process a Shift Unfilled in allocations

      8. SHIFT WITHDRAWN

        1. Any reasons added with this Subgroup will appear when you process a Client Withdrawn in allocations


  4. Candidate

    1. Groups include reasons for

      1. CD INACTIVE

      2. CD NEVER EMPLOYE

      3. CD ON HOLD

      4. CD REJECT


  5. CRM - Contact Log

    1. Enter one of the following Subgroups to link the reason:

      • Applicants - Reasons linked with communication to Applicants

      • Clients - Reasons linked with communication to Clients

      • Members - Reasons linked with communication to Members

      • Staff - Reasons linked with communication to internal Staff

How to Add a Reason?

  1. Select the arrow next to the Reason Group you wish to add to reason for

  1. To create a new reason click the  + Add new Subgroup with reason

  1. The fields to create a Subgroup/Reason will appear below. 

My Reason for Contact is not listed?

A system-generated contact log is created when completing certain tasks within the system.

A pop-up will open requesting you to Please Select a Reason of Contact. From the drop-down list you are required to select an option and press OK to proceed.

If the Reason of Contact for your type of communication/action is not listed, it is required to be created from the master.
