This report is:

This report allows you to report on Member's availability with the following reporting Filters, as well as send SMS, view available log and be lead to their personnel card.

Mandatory Fields

  • Relation Office

  • Period Future

Optional Fields

  • Availability Type

  • Period Prior

  • Service location

  • Member Name

  • Member Qual

  • Expertise

  • Shift Type

 

Availability Status Summary

Available and Unbooked

  • Member has Entered Avails as Available and Is not Currently Booked

Possible and Unbooked

  • Member has Entered Possible Avails and Is not Currently Booked

Unknown and Unbooked

  • Member has not entered Avails and Is not Currently Booked

Not Available and Unbooked

  • Member has Entered Avails as Unavailable and Is not Currently Booked

To Access:

  1. Reports - Availability Reports - Process Availability Member Status Screen

  2. Enter Relevant fields

  3. Submit

How to Send SMS Once Report is Completed

  1. Multiple People

    1. Select the Box next to the members you wish to contact and then Click SMS in the Top Row

    2. Select a template or enter your own message

    3. Send

  2. Single Person

    1. Select SMS icon next to name

    2. Select a template or enter your own message

    3. Send

How to Access Members Availability from this screen

  1. Select the Members Name and their Availability Screen will be open in a new tab

How to Access Member's Contact Card from this screen

  1. Select the Icon under the Avl.Laison Colum

How to Access Member's Allocation Log from this screen

  1. Select the Icon under the Avl.Log Column

To Print

  1. Export to Excel - Then it will Download for you to open and save in your own location
