How to Send SMS Once Report is Completed
Multiple People
Select the Box next to the members you wish to contact and then Click SMS in the Top Row
Select a template or enter your own message
Send
Single Person
Select SMS icon next to name
Select a template or enter your own message
Send
How to Access Members Availability from this screen
Select the Members Name and their Availability Screen will be open in a new tab

Select the Icon under the Avl.Laison Colum

Export to Excel - Then it will Download for you to open and save in your own location
How to Access Member's Shift Log from this screen
In the Availability Member Status Report, a Last Location Worked field shows the last worked location (as shown in the figure below).
On clicking the Last Location Worked in the Availability Member Status Report, the Member Shift Log pop-up window opens. This Member Shift Log is similar to the Member Log of the Members Availability page.
