Introduction

The Entire OnHire application serves a wide range of audiences and their set of requirements. To enhance the experience and customize the application as per the user's needs, we have added the Look and Feel feature to the application.

The Look and Feel feature helps to customize the appearance of your Entire OnHire application. You can modify the landing page, the behavior of elements in an application page to the colors used in the header row, navigation bars, and quick links .

Login Page

 The Login page of the Entire OnHire application can now be customized based on the industry.

  • The background image is set up as per the industry category.

  • The name of the industry is specified below the EntireRecruit logo.

  • You can access the Version Release Notes by clicking the Version Release link at the bottom of the page.

Customized industry specific Login page is provided by the Entire OnHire.

Permission for Application Settings

To access the Application Settings, you need to set the permission for the Users. To provide the permission:

  • Click Masters Users Authorisation and the User Authorisation page opens.

  • As per the Role and Role Level, select the Application Settings to set the permission for the user as shown in the figure below.

Once the User Authorisation is set, the user will be able to view the Look and Feel in the Application Settings.

How to Access Look and Feel

You can customize your Entire OnHire application by using the Look and Feel from Application Settings. The Look and Feel settings can customize the Entire OnHire application for the Application Title, Application Introduction, Application Logo, Application Theme, and Application Keywords.

To access the Look and Feel settings, click the Application Settings from the user login as shown in the figure below. The Application Settings page opens, click Look and Feel to customize the existing settings as per your requirement.

How to Manage Look and Feel

To set the new Look and Feel Settings for your Entire OnHire application follow the steps explained below.

The Look and Feel settings for the Entire OnHire application can be customized by the Internal Staff, who is authorized to modify the settings.

Set Application Title and Application Introduction

To set the Application Title and Application Introduction:

  • Provide the Application Title. The title can be the initials or abbreviations or name of your company.

  • Provide the Application Introduction. This professional introduction will aim to inform people (primarily stakeholders) about your services and status.

In the Application Introduction, you can use various Font styles for your text using the font bar. This will help to enhance the visual effects and highlight the required text.

  • Click Save and the Application Title and Application Introduction are updated successfully. You can update the application by clicking the Refresh link at the bottom of the page.

Once the Application Title and Application Introduction are set, they are visible in the Entire OnHire application as shown in the figure below .

Set Application Logo and Favicon

To set the Application Logo and Application Favicon:

Upload a Logo

  • Upload a Logo file by clicking Select Files. The logo size should approximately be around 200px width by 60px height.

  • Click Upload Logo and the logo is updated successfully.

Upload a Favicon

  • Upload a Favicon file by clicking Select Files. The Favicon size should approximately be 32px width by 32px height.

  • Click Upload Favicon and the Favicon is updated successfully.

When the Logo and Favicon are uploaded, an updated successfully message appears at the bottom of the page. To reflect the new Logo and Favicon into the Entire OnHire application, you need to log out and then re-login. Now, the application will show the new Logo and Favicon.

Once the Application Logo and Favicon are set, they are visible in the Entire OnHire application as shown in the figure below .

Set Application Themes and Keywords

To set the Application Themes and Keywords:

Application Themes

  • Select the available Color Scheme from the drop-down.

  • Click Save and the setting updated message appears at the bottom of the page.

  • Now, click Refresh to reflect the selected Color Schema.

  • This selected color scheme will be reflected on the Header Row, Navigation Bar, and Quick Links (Balls).

The Application Theme is visible on the Header Row, Navigation Bar, and Quick Links on the Entire OnHire application. The figure below shows the Orange color scheme .

Application Keywords

In the Application Keywords, you can use your preferred keywords for Member, Clients, Recruitment, and the page listed keywords for Employment Details, and Application Portal.

  • Change “Member” keyword. You can change “Member” keyword and the changes will be reflected at the below locations:

    • Home Page Quick Link – “Member”

    • Application Footer – “New Member”, “Contact Member”

    • All Member Menus Pages – “Member Name”

You can change the “Member” keyword to the industry-specific keyword. Considering the ‘TRADES & LABOUR” Industry, the keyword can be changed from “Member” to “Casuals”. This change will be reflected in the locations specified above.

  • Change “Clients” keyword. You can change “Clients” keyword and the changes will be reflected at the below locations:

    • Home Page Quick Link – “Clients”

    • Application Footer – “New Clients”

    • Client Module – “Clients”

You can change the “Clients” keyword to the industry-specific keyword. Considering the ‘TRADES & LABOUR” Industry, the keyword can be changed from “Clients” to “Contractors”. This change will be reflected in the location specified above.

  • Change “Recruitment” keyword. You can change “Recruitment” keyword and the changes will be reflected at the below locations:

    • Home Page Quick Link – “Recruitment”

You can change the “Recruitment” Keyword to the industry-specific keyword. Considering the ‘TRADES & LABOUR” Industry, the keyword can be changed from “Recruitment” to “Hiring”. This change will be reflected in the location specified above.

  • Change “Employment Details” and “Application Portal” page listed keywords: The following page listed keywords will be modified:

    • “Registration”

    • “Australian Police Check”

    • “Children Permit”

You can change the “Registration”, “Australian Police Check” and “Children Permit” to the industry-specific keywords. Considering the ‘TRADES & LABOUR” Industry, the keywords can be changed from “Registration” to “Labour Registration”; “Australian Police Check” to “Police Check”; “Children Permit” to “Child Permit”.

The New Application Keywords provided for the specific industry are visible on the Home Page Quick Link (for Members, Clients, and Recruitment), Application Footer (for Members and Clients), All Menus Pages (for Members), Client Module (for Client), and on Employment Details and Applicant Portal in the Entire OnHire application .

Quick Glance – How to Set Look and Feel

Step 1: Provide Application Title.

Step 2: Provide Application Introduction.

Step 3: Provide Application Logo.

Step 4: Provide Application Themes.

Step 5: Provide Application Keywords.

Step 6: Click Save to update the Look and Feel of the application.
