Why is Entire OnHire changing SMS providers?
Entire evaluated both providers and concluded the new provider offered enhanced bulk purchase options, and delivery rates and offers Entire OnHire the opportunity for enhanced software integration options in the future.
Can the new store do auto top-ups for credits?
No, however, this feature is planned for release on Entire OnHire’s roadmap by end of August 2021.
Do my current credits expire once the store is launched?
No. Any SMS credits you have will be automatically transferred upon registering as the authorised user on the Store.
Do I have to use the store? i.e. Can I email support instead?
While requests made to support will still be processed, priority will be allocated to requests received via the store.
Can any user access the store to purchase on behalf of the company/client?
No. You will have authorised users and these users are those who currently have clicksend access.
How do I know my store purchase has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation email with the delivery timeframe.
How long does it take for a purchases made on the store to be active in the system?
Within 24 Hours unless advised otherwise in your confirmation email.
What if I don’t receive my item within the advised timeframe?
Please refer to the details of your confirmation email for the appropriate contact.
What if I want more than one authorised user?
The authorised user simply needs to advise us in writing of the additional email ID you wish to authorise.
