Introduction

You can input new or updated units of work which relate to the contact log export

How to Access Units of Work

To access Colour Priority:

  1. Click Masters → Main Master →CRM, Units of Work (as shown in the below screenshot).

2. You can view the current Units (as shown in the below screenshot).

How to Add a New Unit of Work?

To add a new unit:

  1. Click on the “+ Add Unit of Work”.

  2. Fill in the required details and click the green tick button to save the details (as shown in the below screenshot).

How to Edit a Unit?

To edit a unit:

  1. Click on the edit icon.

  2. Fill in the required details and click the green tick button to save the details (as shown in the below screenshot).
