Professional types and Authorisation levels

When creating a professional in the system you can select what access they have within the professional portal.

The Professional levels shown below list the areas that each professional type have access too.

EXECUTIVE MANAGER

  • Please note - this access will give the all the finance details for all the other clients with matching Group name.

Can be given to 3rd party users to allow access to invoices and dockets. Note this will show invoices and dockets for all Service locations, irrespective of what has been linked to their profile.
