How to access the Client Online Permissions

The Client Online permissions control several settings at a client level. 

To learn how to access these please visit the below.

 

  1. Select Clients

  1. Insert Client name and select display clients or Choose all clients and select display clients

  1. Select the client name to load the profile

  1. Select Online Permission when the profile loads

 

Online Permissions

Allow access for client to review timesheets

 YES OR NO - Professional Portal Access

Enable system-generated digital timesheets for location

 YES OR NO - If you use Digitial Timesheets

Allow the recording GPS location when Member(s) checks into the location

YES OR NO - This is used for the Checkin and Checkout feature

Allow the client to search for preferred personnel

 YES OR NO - Professional Portal Access

Show location documents to members

 YES OR NO - If you have locations uploaded to a client change this to yes to show to your member

Required Delivery location for member to submit Timesheet

 YES OR NO - If a Delivery Location is MANDATORY to be able to submit their timesheet

Allow members to access shift worth estimations

 YES OR NO - For staff to see a rough pay rate for their shift - This only works if you have the finance portal

Release shifts for this location across the nation

 YES OR NO - This will release the Shift to everyone within that Nation - Australia

Show the 'Add to Calendar' Icon in member app

 YES OR NO - For them to save their shifts to their personal phone calendar

Show shift history for this location in the member portal

 YES OR NO - for members to see their shift history via the app

Show client compliance rules in client portal

 YES OR NO - Professional Portal Access

Mandate the shift document upload in timesheet submission by the member.

 YES OR NO - In additional to Timesheet

Choose one or more Shift Task Group to allow members to submit their responses.

Allow the client the ability to release a shift from the client portal - New Booking

 YES OR NO - Professional Portal Access

Allow auto push notifications to be sent to members if client assigns a shift - New Booking

YES OR NO - Professional Portal Access

Allow auto SMS notifications to be sent to members if client assigns a shift - New Booking

YES OR NO - Professional Portal Access

Turn on auto alerts via Email / SMS to internal staff for client portal - New Booking

YES OR NO - Professional Portal Access

Select Yes - then Email Template and Staff Name of who receives it
