Client Contact Log

The client contact log report provides you with information on which clients were contacted to by which staff via what medium and at what time through an excel sheet.

 

Click on Reports.

 

Select Client Contact Log Report.

 

 

Enter the required details in the fields highlighted below (these fields are mandatory).

 

 

By clicking on Export To Excel the report will open up in the form of an Excel spreadsheet as seen below.
