Introduction

In Multiple Entities, you can create multiple entities of a parent company operating in different industries. The Multiple Entities are defined in the Entire OnHire Finance Application by the database administrator.

How to Set Up Multiple Entities?

To set up multiple entities:

1. Login to the Entire OnHire Finance application with your credentials.

2. Company Details pop-up window will appear that shows the multiple entities of the company where '1' indicated the main branch of the company. Click Continue.

How to Access Multiple Entities?

To access multiple entities from the Entire OnHire Finance Application:

1. Click on Tools → Multiple Companies Setup.

2. You can view the branches of the companies.

How to Create a New Entity?

To create a new entity in the Finance Application:

1. Go to Tools → Multiple Companies Setup.

2. Fill in all the necessary details and click Save.

How to Edit an Entity?

To edit an entity:

1. Click on the branch of the company to edit it.

2. Edit the information as per the requirement and click Update.
