How to save files on AWS Windows

Due to AWS being on a remote desktop, you need to save to your “C Drive” on your own computer.

When you click save file

• Select “C on “Computer Name””

  Open

  

• Create a New Folder that is easy to find “Entire HR Finance Files” and save your file here
  
  

  Open

  

• To locate the file on your computer please click on your folder icon -
  
  

• Select “This PC”
  
  

• Select Local Disk - C Drive

• Then select the folder you saved “Entire HR Finance Files” to locate your files

To make your life easier “pin” that folder to your quick access and you will be able to access it from there
