Personnel Details

This is the only tab in the member module that finance staff are not able to update. If there is any change in any of the information held on this tab, it needs to be updated in the front end ( web application ). The reason for this is the detail on this tab is important to your allocations staff and needs to be accurate in the front end.

Banking Details

This is where you will find your Member's banking details. Finance staff can make any required changes. Please note: BSB details must exist in the front end to allow selection.

You are able to have multiple bank account depoists as well

Superannuation

This is where you will find your Member's superannuation details. Finance staff can make any required changes. Please note: Superannuation funds must exist in the front end to allow selection

 

Obligations

This is where you will find your Members Tax File Number and other relevant tax information including any STSL ( Study Trade Support Loan ) debt. Finance staff can make any required changes.

This is also the area where you can set any additional tax your member has chosen to pay. Please note: users can also add important payroll notes here. These notes will be visible during the shift verification process. Pay Level This is where you will find your member’s current pay level details.

Finance staff can make any required changes. This is also the area where you can change the email address to where the member chooses to have their payslip delivered.

This is where you will find your member’s current pay level details. Finance staff can make any required changes.

Payroll History

Information held on this tab is for viewing purposes only. There is no possible way to change any information displayed here. It is important to note that the values will reset to $0.00 once the financial year-end rollover has been completed.

 

Payslips

Information held on this tab is for viewing purposes only. There is no possible way to change any information displayed here. This information does not reset once the financial year-end rollover has been completed. Every payslip that has been produced for this member will always be visible here. Users can also email a payslip that may have not been received directly from this screen.
