Login Logs Report

Login Logs is a new feature integrated in the ENTIREHR staff portal. The purpose of the Login Logs report is to track user sign-ins to your domain and to review all sign-ins from web browsers. If a user sign-in from an email client or a non-browser application, you can review reports of failed or suspicious attempts. By default, the Login Logs displays basic one-month data and you can customize the date range. The login details data can be exported to excel and shared for further analysis.

Shift History - Member App

The Shift History is a newly added feature in Member’s mobile App. The Shift History shows the past data of the timesheets submitted by the member. Member can view all the previous timesheet details by specifying the date period to generate a history. By default, the data reflected in the Shift History is for a period of 30 days.

New Timesheet Approval Process

The Timesheet Approval Process begins when the staff submits the timesheet. The Timesheet Approval Process includes additions and modifications in Staff Portal, Client Portal, and Finance application.

New Timesheet Approval Process has now been designed for easy tracking of timesheet submission and approval process for the Clients/Members. You can quickly review, approve, or dispute a member's timesheet.
