Login Logs Report

Introduction

Login Logs is a new feature integrated in the Entire OnHire staff portal. The purpose of the Login Logs report is to track user sign-ins to your domain and to review all sign-ins from web browsers. If a user sign-in from an email client or a non-browser application, you can review reports of failed or suspicious attempts. By default, the Login Logs displays basic one-month data and you can customize the date range. The login details data can be exported to excel and shared for further analysis.

Login Logs Report

  1. Sign in to your Entire OnHire Staff Portal.

  2. Click Masters and from the available list of masters, click EntireHR Users.

     

  3. The EntireHR Users page opens. Click the Advance Login Logs link and the Login Logs page displays all user sign-ins to your domain.

     

  4. The Login Logs page shows Login ID, User Name, IP Address, Browser, Status, Software Team, and Date Time of all the users' who attempted to access the system.

  5. By default, Login Logs page displays the users' signs for a basic period of one month. You can customize the Login Logs view by providing new From Dates and To Dates and click Search.

  6. In Login Logs you can further customize the search by using field-level filters to narrow down the search that works for you.

  7. You can export Login Logs details to Excel by clicking Export to Excel. The Export to Excel generates an excel spreadsheet with required users' sign-ins details.
