We are constantly working to improve our Entire OnHire Application and have fixed all these bugs for you.

Qualification linked with multiple Industries is not appearing in Qualification drop-down in the Contact Member page

Issue Amended. In Profiles Members Contact Members, now the Qualification is available in the Qualification drop-down, in case the Qualification is attached with the multiple industries.

Seek Integration Issues

Issue Amended. In the Casual Application page, while clicking ‘Apply with Seek’, to gather the Seek profile details into Entire OnHire application, now the Country Code is also transferred with the Mobile/ Phone number.

Applicant Image File Extension issue

Issue Amended. In the Applicant Portal, the profile picture of the Applicant can be uploaded in .jpg/ .jpeg/ .png/ .jfif formats only.

At the Confirm Interview Stage, in View Outlook Appointment screen - no Scheduled Appointments were visible.

Issue Amended.  In Screen Candidate pop-up window, now the appointment(s) scheduled for the recruiter are showing up in the 'View Outlook Appointments' pop-up window.

Note that the appointments will be available only in case the appointments are set for the recruiter.

Pending Timesheet Emails are going from the wrong Email Id

Issue Amended. Now, the Pending Timesheet emails are sent through the required email address as set in the Finance application.

Modified the SMS Account Balance Error Message Text - for Client

Issue Amended. In the Allocation Send SMS pop-up window (for Client), the SMS account balance error message text has now been modified to ‘Account Balance: It will take a few minutes to update’.

Error in Post Pay Slip/ Email Pay Slip

Issue Amended. In both the Finance and Staff Portal application, the Payslip Delivery type is now by default set to ‘email’ option.

Database Latency Issues faced in the Member Portal application and Member App

Issue Amended. In the Member Portal application and Member apps, the database latency issues are resolved now.

Job - Apply with Seek: Display ad? field added with the Salary Details field

Issue Amended. In the Placements Create - Job Seek, the Display ad? check box field added with the Salary Details field. On selecting the Display ad? check box, the Salary Details specified for the job are visible on the SEEK Job Search page.

Create New Member: Success message is not coming once member is created (Unable to create Member)

Issue Amended. In Profiles  Members Create New Members, the user is now able to create new members successfully.
