Member Availability

This is where you are able to review what a member has updated as their availability and you are able to update and do many other things

To Access

Display Explanation

Member Name

You must select a Member from here to load up all their data and use the other sections on this screen

Member Card

By clicking on this you are able to see their member card which is a summary of their profile

 

Member Contact Card

This will bring up the member's contact card

Member Log

This will show the member's Previous shift allocations within the system

Allocation Log

This shows you a summary of the member's reliability which is filtered by the dates

Casual Avl Log

This show the member's previous availability

Member History

This shows all previous shifts the member has been booked/submitted a timesheet for

Send SMS

This section allows you to send an SMS using the standard templates or typing a fresh message

SMS Log

This section shows all previous SMS/pn

Exit

This will exit you back to the recruitment dashboard

Casual Availability

Within this section, you are able to delete or update the member's casual availability

How to Update their Avails

  1. Select the dates required within the calendar you want to update for

  2. Update any comments - eg start only after 10am

  3. Select Shift wise avails - Either Available, Not Avail, Possible or Unknown for the shift types of AM - PM - NS

  4. Click Double Shift or Standby if relevant and it will turn green

  5. Confirm

  6. Then all shifts will appear below

How to Delete Avails

  1. Go to the Current Available Dates

  2. Select the Date you want to delete

  3. Delete Availabilities

  4. OK

How to Edit Avails

  1. Select the Pencil next to the date required

  2. Update Availability Types, Notes, Stand by and Double Shift if required

  3. Update Casual Avails

Permanent Availability

Within this section, you are able to delete or update the member's permanent availability which is done weekly that is the same week in - week out

To Update or Edit

  1. Please click and fill in the Days of the week of either Avail, not avail, possible or unknown based on AM - PM - NS

  2. Update notes if required

  3. Save and Continue

To Delete

Select “Clear Existing Avails”
