Importing and Exporting Rates

When creating new rates or updating current rated tables, rather than updating one by one under service rates you are able to Import and Export Rates within excel speeding up the process

Import - This is where you can import a rates table to update all figures at once

Export - This is where you can export an excel with all current rates associated within that table so you can update with ease.

Open

Within this window. You are able to import/export the following individually

• Service Rates

• Allowance Rates

• Allowance Product Codes

Open

You are able to download the template if you are starting rates from scratch which are also accessible below

EXPORTING RATES

1. Please select the rate table you need to then click “Export Rates”

2. Click Yes

3. Always save onto your C Drive - See below as an example

4. Save - then wait for this to occur then you can go an open the file

IMPORTING RATES

1. Select the Rate Table you want to update the rates for and select Import rates
   
   

2. Select your excel and click Open
   
   

3. Wait for it to say Successful upload and review within Service Rates
