Data is safeguarded through encryption both at rest and in transit, providing an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access. The service provider maintains a privacy policy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, assuring customers that their data is handled responsibly and in compliance with relevant regulations. Customer data is stored within AWS secure infrastructure, protected by a private Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), and encrypted behind firewalls, with access and processing managed through a Key Management System. While data location remains undisclosed to the public, the service provider's security measures instil confidence in the protection and privacy of customer information.

Does Entire OnHire make penetration testing reports available? Yes.

Disaster Recovery & Resiliency: Yes, Entire OnHire has disaster recovery plans and/or technology in place to ensure system availability.

Data Portability & Decommissioning: If the cloud consumer requests to access the data. They need to raise requests to support, and the Infrastructure team pull the data and shares it with a verified requestor from the consumer. That data is only accessible using a password and without a password, no data will be accessible. We have our decommissioning policy where all trace of data including media destruction is done to destroy the complete header of the data to avoid recoverability using those data header information and is in line with ISO 27001:2022 practices.

Backup and Restore: Cloud consumer data is backed up following the Backup and retention policy agreed with AWS, the Cloud Service provider. The backed-up data is stored in an encrypted format.
