Member Masters - How to Create a New Expertise

Your Qualification and Expertise structure is one of the most important parts of your Entire OnHire system. Together they are the key criteria used for recruitment, bookings, allocations, payroll and invoicing.

To learn how to create a new Expertise please follow the below steps.

1.Access Masters > Member Master > Expertise.

2.Select 'Add new Expertise'

 

3.Enter data in the mandatory fields and any optional settings (Mandatory fields are marked with a red *)

Display Sequence - Order in how it shows in the system

Expertise * -  Enter in the expertise name/description that will display
Qualification - Here is where you can choose to link the expertise to only show for certain qualifications.

To link the Expertise to specific qualifications select the applicable qualifications in the available drop-down.

If no qualification is linked the expertise will be treated as global and show for all qualifications.
Status -  If Active the value will show in the system, if set to inactive it will not show.

  1. Click on the green tick to save the fields you have completed.
