Order Response/Fulfillment Report

The Order Response/Fulfilment Report provides data on the length of time taken to fulfil a shift to the completed section. The report breaks up the fulfillment time into 5 different time brackets, with last column showing the total fulfillment timeframe.

·        1 – 5 minutes

·        6-10 minutes

·        11-20 minutes

·        21 – 40 minutes

·        More than 40 minutes

This report is run per Admin location, Shift Status and Month/Year selected all other fields are optional for obtaining a specific data set.

 Authorised Users can access the report by selecting:

Reports > Management > Order Response/Fulfillment Report
