There is a new portal where all your open requests have been moved across to. We encourage you to share this information with all the relevant people in your business too.
The new portal can be accessed within the software under the Help Menu.

If you are unsure of your account details, please use your email to set up or reset your password.
Moving forward we kindly ask that you submit any support-related queries via our new request formor via the ‘Submit a request’ feature in your help menu.

In addition during the migration, we had asked you to email entirerecruitsupport@entiresoftware.atlassian.net, however, now that the migration is fully complete you can continue to email support@entiresoftware.comif need be.
