How to Access our Self-Help Resources
If you are ever looking for help regarding any of the functions or processes within the system -
Staff Portal
Client Portal
Professional Portal & App
Member Portal & App
Finance Portal
There are multiple places to find hundreds of Articles, informational videos, run-through widgets and How to articles.
You can access help by selecting either the ‘Self Help’ tab on the right hand side of the screen or selecting the dropdown ‘Help’ tab at the top of the screen.
When you select the ‘Self Help’ tab it will open a list of FAQ’s and links to walk you through any process you are unsure of.
You are able to either search what you are looking for or scroll through the pre-set folders for each area.
When you select any FAQ with this icon next to it, it will open up a snippet of information as well as a link to a more in depth article if the brief explanation does not answer your question.
If you select any of the widget icons, it will walk you through step by step how to do the action it is titled.
The drop down ‘Help’ tab will bring you to four different functions.
Help Centre:
The ‘Help Centre’ brings you to an external page that stores all of our Confluence Articles that have in depth information on all aspects of the system within the Client support portal.
These are always being updated to help bring you the most relevant information so you can continue to get the best from your system.
Support Resources:
Our ‘Support Resources’ show the same in depth articles as well as informational walk through videos of our system within Confluence.
You are able to either scroll through the list on the left hand side that screen to view all of our support articles, the recordings of our Wednesday Webinars, FAQ articles and much more!
You can also search for any key word that you would like more information about in the top right hand of the screen.
Submit a Request:
If you ever need any further help you can contact the Entire OnHire Support Team by submitting a request.
When you try to submit a request it will bring you to this page where you will need to select what type of request you have, fill out the relevant information that you think the Support Team may need to answer your query including images or downloads and then select ‘Send’ at the bottom of the page.
The Support Team will endeavor to get back to you in a timely manor and answer any of your queries via that Ticket.
Store Access:
Through the Entire OnHire Store you have access to purchasing or request Credit Packs, Growth Modules, Physical Products and New Products. You can also do this by requesting it in a ticket with our Support Team as well!
You are also able to order more Licenses through this screen as well.
