Introduction

The Placement tab in the Entire OnHire application allows the following features to the staff:

1. Create new jobs or edit previously published and unpublished jobs in SEEK and Broadbean.

2. Search published and unpublished jobs in Job Ad Search.

3. Create a new client for the job using the Client feature.

How to Access Placement Menu?

To access the Placements menu options click Placements from the main menu bar of the Entire Recruit application as shown in the below screenshot.

Create Job Ad - Seek

The SEEK address the requirements of employers and candidates to deliver value in a dynamic job market. All job advertisements posted on the SEEK site remain posted for 30 days (unless the job ad was removed earlier) and it is now subscription based.

Create Job - Broadbean

The primary focus of this feature is to assist the staff in publishing jobs on Broadbean or creating job entries that will be published later. You can edit the previously published or unpublished Broadbean jobs.

Job Ad Search

Job Ad Search is a jobs database that cumulatively showcases all the jobs which are created and posted on various job portals through the Entire OnHire application or which are created but are yet to be released on job platforms as they are stored for future purposes .

Client

You can create a new client or update any existing client details using the Client feature in the Entire OnHire Application. You can use the client name while creating job entries in the Entire OnHire Application for SEEK and Broadbean job platforms.
